Education:

            Graduated with a B. A. degree in Political Science from Washington & Lee University in 1974.

Experience:

            1991 - Present:  Director of Hunters for the Hungry

            1983 - 1992:  General Manager of the Society of St. Andrew, a 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization involved with food distribution.  Responsibilities included all program supervision, financial control and budgets (1.1 million annually), and personnel (1983-1992)

                        Department Manager for Burlington Industries in carpet manufacturing facility.  Responsible for twisting and winding operations with carpet yarn.  Supervised 120+ employees.

                        Counselor - Virginia Department of Corrections, Youth

                        Division.  Caseload of 45 delinquent youth housed in state detention.
